What makes us confident? How do we get it? Can we cultivate and nurture it? Imposter syndrome, anxiety, nerves, or a general lack of confidence can hold you back from speaking well or speaking up and being heard.

The Coach/Consultant debate
My work involves training, practise and discussion too. I can’t just write a ‘how to’ for a company or individual and leave them to it. I need to check they are getting it right and notice other aspects of their speech holding them back before providing them with further tools.
